We also provide our customers with tools that allow them to control and reduce their consumption, and to understand their bill simply. For example, we proactively recommend to our customers that they modify their contracted power to avoid unnecessary costs, and we offer them a prediction of their next bill so they can control their expenses.

We made inroads into the electricity sector with Pepeenergy, a brand of the Pepephone family. After confirming the great fit with the telecommunications business, we acquired a prestigious startup in the sector, LUCERA, and launched EnergyGO and Másmóvil Energía, Luz y Gas for the brands of the Euskaltel Group, thus cementing our status as an alternative to traditional utilities.

In addition, through the EnergyGO brand, and in collaboration with Naturgy Solar, we offer to install solar panels for self-consumption, which allow our customers to save between 30 and 40% on their electricity bill.

Home and mobile insurance

To make sure our customers have the peace of mind they deserve, we offer insurance services with the highest level of satisfaction on the market, and the best conditions in Home and Business Insurance (Orange, Yoigo, Másmóvil), and Mobile Insurance (Orange, Yoigo, Másmóvil, Euskaltel).

Health insurance

Orange and Yoigo customers get access to our innovative telemedicine services, which allow them to talk to medical professionals in seconds, thanks to the best health partners. Orange can also design the health insurance product that best suits their family’s needs and also protect their pets with the Televeterinaria service, with no waiting or travelling.

In order to make our customers’ everyday life easier and provide them with a simple and friendly financial service, in 2019 we created a joint venture with BNP Paribas (and its Cetelem brand): Xfera Consumer Finance.

Since its launch, more than a million Yoigo customers have received loans and financing with special conditions by virtue of being customers of the brand, including consumer loans, financing for mobile devices and credit cards.

Moreover, since January 2023, at Yoigo we offer our own bank account with an interest rate of 5% APR, registration entirely online, and all without having to direct deposit a salary. All the customer has to do is direct debit a bill from Yoigo.

We offer cyber protection, video surveillance and alarm services with exclusive conditions through Orange, Yoigo, Másmóvil and Euskaltel. It’s simple and digital, and it comes with the highest security standards to cover all our customers’ needs. These services stand out for their innovative technology, which not only complies with the highest security standards, but also boasts advanced digital features.

Orange‘s entertainment centre is the largest aggregator of entertainment services, solutions and experiences thanks to the extensive and varied range of agreements with leading partners in the audiovisual world, so customers can enjoy the best cinema and series, sport, every football match, gaming and music. Jazztel TV, for its part, offers more than 60 channels for the whole family and access to more than 10,000 content.

Yoigo and Másmóvil customers can enjoy their customised TV through the Agile platform, which lets them choose the content they want to see from among the most important sports, entertainment and documentary channels, with the most convenient conditions for customers.
