Ethics channel

MASORANGE makes this Ethics Channel available to the Group’s professionals, its customers and suppliers, as well as to any third party so that any of them can, in good faith:

  • Safely, confidentially and, if they so choose, anonymously report facts or actions that, in their opinion, violate the policies applicable to the Group. These policies may be external (applicable legislation) or internal (rules that the Group has voluntarily adopted, such as Code of Ethics, internal policies and procedures or others).
  • Request information, consult or clarify any question relating to the policies referred to in the paragraph above in relation to the activity carried out by MASORANGE.

The purpose of the Ethics Channel is not to deal with enquiries or claims associated with the products supplied and/or services rendered by the Group’s companies. This type of issue should be reported through the usual customer service channels.
