This privacy policy aims to inform you of how MASORANGE will process the personal data it collects on you through the websites it owns, as well as on its social media profiles and any other digital or electronic platform in which personal data are processed.

MASORANGE reserves the right to amend these terms to adapt them to new legal requirements. In these cases, any changes made will be posted on this page reasonably in advance of their implementation. Your use of our service once this change has been published will entail your acceptance thereof.

 

Who is the data controller responsible for your personal data?

Why do we process your data, and on what grounds?

The purpose of processing personal data will be that which is specified at the time on the forms or in the information in which a method of contact is provided. The data will be processed in any case for any purposes that may arise over the course of our activities, in compliance with the principles and obligations established in the specific laws in each situation, to protect the privacy and rights of the data subjects. Automated decisions that have a legal impact on users will not be taken, and profiling will only be done with the consent of the user.

 

Who do we share your data with?

We do not expect to disclose data to third parties outside our corporate group, unless required by law or a court order, or unless said disclosure is authorised. Furthermore, the personal data processed by MASORANGE may be accessible to its data processors, i.e., the service providers who, in order to provide their services, may have access to personal data processed under the responsibility of MASORANGE. Service providers that may have access to personal data generally work in the information and technology systems sectors.

 

International transfers

In general, MASORANGE does not plan to transfer any personal data abroad, although it may have a provider of a technical or support service that needs to process user data outside the European Economic Area, based on the performance of the contract under the terms set out in the above table. In these cases, MASORANGE ensures that adequate guarantees are in place.  These guarantees usually consist of signing standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission with providers that are in this situation, or binding Corporate Standards, depending on the case. If you would like a copy of these guarantees, or more information, you can write to our Data Protection Officer at the email address given in section 1.

 

For how long will we store your data?

The data may be kept for as long as necessary to satisfy the purposes that led to their processing, after which they will be blocked until the legal obligations arising from the processing expire.

 

What are your rights?

We inform you that, in accordance with the stipulations of the data protection laws, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access: The right to know what type of data we process and the characteristics of the processing we carry out.
  • Right to rectification: The right to request the modification of your data due to being inaccurate or false.
  • Right to data portability: The right to obtain a copy of the data being processed, in an interoperable format.
  • Right to restrict processing in the cases set out in the Act.
  • Right to erasure: The right to request that your data be erased when processing is no longer necessary.
  • Right to object: You can ask that no more commercial communications be sent to you under the aforementioned terms and conditions.
  • Right to revoke any consent given, which can be done at any time by calling customer service or through the private area.

 

Codes of conduct

MASORANGE has endorsed the Code of Conduct for Data Processing in Advertising Activity, which aims to demonstrate compliance with data protection obligations in processing for advertising purposes or relating to advertising.
